Dustless dry cutting downcut saw with 13 hp. Honda. Maximum Depth cut of 2.5” with 8” diamond blade. Saw has rear and front line guides. Capable of handling 2-blade channel cut. Comes with 10 ft of 4" hose and 1) 8" x .090 diamond blade
The Downcut Joint cleanout saw is used for initial joint cleanout/ loosen debri. The main advantage of this saw is it is physically much easier to push than an upcut saw as you are not fighting the blade as well as being a dustless unit. A second pass with a vacuum is recommended to prep the joints for material. Can also be used to cut new joints. Line guides are mounted on it. Catalytic converters, propane and 220V 5hp electric conversions are available.
Expect production of about 15-20 feet/min cleaning joints. Expect 10-15 feet /min removing caulk or material
